- Deployment and channel data: If you connect Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord, we store the tokens or identifiers you provide so we can configure your assistant. These are stored securely and used only to deliver the service.
- Usage and logs: We may log usage of our website and APIs (e.g. IP address, request timestamps) for security and operations. AI usage is routed through OpenRouter under their privacy terms.
How we use your information
We use your data to provide and improve our services: account and authentication, subscription and billing, deployment and channel configuration, support, and security. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; we will process such requests in line with applicable law.
Third parties
We rely on third-party services for hosting, email (e.g. Resend), payments (PayPal, Razorpay), and AI (OpenRouter). Their privacy policies apply to data they process. We recommend reviewing their terms.
