Overview
This Refund Policy applies to Skilled Claw Pro subscriptions purchased through Skilled Claw (PayPal or Razorpay). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Subscription billing
Skilled Claw Pro is billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly). You are charged at the start of each billing period. Your subscription continues until you cancel or we terminate it.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a period. To cancel, use your payment provider's subscription management (PayPal or Razorpay) or contact us if you need help.
Refund eligibility
We may offer refunds at our discretion, for example in cases of duplicate charges, technical failure on our side, or significant service issues. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge, with a brief explanation. We will respond within a reasonable time. Refunds, when granted, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days.
No refund in certain cases
We are not obligated to refund when the subscription was used normally, when the request is made long after the charge, or when we suspect abuse or violation of our Terms. We do not refund AI credit usage that has already been consumed.
Payment provider rules
PayPal and Razorpay have their own dispute and chargeback procedures. If you dispute a charge with them, we may provide transaction details to resolve the dispute. Chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance.
